The associates don't greet you when you walk in, so its hard to tell if they're available to help or not. They also dont seem to help customers in the order they walked in, it's like a free for all for their attention, no queue or line, they dont approach first. Went in on a weekday and there were 2 associates and a store full of customers, I walked around a bit but nobody became available long enough for me to approach, busy day. Returned on a weekend, 4 associates but 2 were chatting at the register, the 3rd in and out of the back, the 4th was helping someone. I waited 10 minutes and nobody addressed me, just standing in the shoe section, nobody even offered to get me a size. Just disappointed in the lack of awareness and overall customer service each time.

Nathan was extremely helpful, patient and kind!! He definitely showed he cared, he listened and was dedicated to helping us find a solution. He deserves a big reward for his hard work! Thank you so much!!

This is a specialty store geared toward runners and their shoe needs. The offer foot analysis to help determine the shoes best for your feet and what you plan to do, run, walk etc. Shoes for stability, over or under pronation, neutral, and many brands to choose from. Nike is not one of them if that is your brand. Hoka, Brooks, New Balance and many more. Great staff and 30 day returns.

Bought my first ever pair of running shoes from Fleet Feet over a year ago. Went back recently for a new pair and had another great experience. Tons of options, employees cared about what I wanted in a shoe and helped me decide. I ended up having some trouble with numbness and went back. Kara was so helpful in trying to diagnose the problem, trying on some different options and offering the option for return after the shoes had a bit of wear. We spent a long time going over it and I ended up keeping the same pair (with the agreement that after I came back from a trip I could still swap them if they weren't meeting my needs!) Pretty much every employee I have worked with here has been super knowledgeable and helpful but Kara went above and beyond!! Even if I came back loving my shoes I'll be stopping in to let her know.

They have quality items, however, the experience wasn’t exactly great. It felt like we were annoying the workers by being there. I would have bought more had I had a different employee helping me. Or maybe it would’ve been the same. I suggest to order online and avoid the store.

I don't usually review stores, but I felt like I needed to today. I was recommended this shop by a customer at another store when I was looking at shoes. I've always had a very hard time finding shoes I am comfortable in.
It was pretty busy when I came into the shop so there was a bit of a wait, but it was worth it. The scan they did was comprehensive and gave me a ton of good information. The person helping me, Tom I believe?, asked me a lot of questions to better help narrow down what I needed. I probably tried on 8 different styles of shoes within the type we narrowed it down to, even had me take a walk outside in a pair to further test how they felt on concrete, and I found one that felt perfect. They did not have my size in the store, but I wasn't pushed to go with my 2nd choice instead, they simply helped me find it online some that I could get the one that felt best. If you have trouble finding shoes to fit you correctly I highly recommend checking this place out.

I have difficulties with getting the right fit. Today Kyle helped me consider some new options. He was immensely attentive to all my needs. I will definitely come back to Fleet Feet!

Chip was very helpful, made sure we had a chance to try out all the running shoes that would give proper support until we found the perfect ones for us. He was very knowledgable and kind. Would recommend anyone who needs a little direction when picking out shoes to go to Fleet Feet.

This is such an wonderful store and the amount of attention the staff gave us was incredible. Dawn, the owner, knowing I have cancer and the struggles that have come with it knew what I had to do to squeeze out the expense for my son and gave us the most amazing gift! I can not thank you enough and what it meant to me.

Great fitting experience. Needs work on making sure customers receive confirmation email/tracking number after the order was made. Was left hanging for almost 2 weeks to find out that the shoes were never shipped and now out of stock.

Based on the other steller reviews for this place I definitely had higher hopes. My sales person Shawn, from the start of our interaction seemed uninterested in assisting me, wanting to get me out of the store as quickly as possible. I made a 45 minute drive specifically to come here based on positive reviews and I will not be back. I did buy shoes, the shoes seem good.

Nathan was very helpful when we went in yesterday to buy new sneakers to get back into running again. He fitted us and then answered all of our questions re: the pros and cons of the various pairs he brought out for us to try on. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you for the great service.
