I brought them a ring that had been squished almost entirely flat. They said they weren’t sure if they’d be able to fix it, but to give them two weeks and they’d give it their best shot. They got it 100% good as new in two days! Pricing was great, I couldn’t be happier! Thank you!

Such sweet people. They did an amazing job fixing my wedding band, which had been passed down from my Grammie and is now about 40 years old. They also cleaned both of my rings.

Went to have my wedding band re-sized and was delighted with the whole experience. Super friendly and helpful staff. Very accommodating and patient. They also have beautiful jewelry! I will absolutely be back for any other future jewelry needs.

Tan the Jeweler and goldsmith is fantastic. He provides high quality, timely, professional service at reasonable prices with a high emphasis on providing high quality customer service. Our experience at Shannon's was amazing. Tan, the owner and goldsmith, was the real MVP for my husband and I! We visited the shop several weeks ago, because the diamond in my engagement ring had recently become loose. Shannon's Fine Jewelry was recommended to us, so we contacted the shop about two weeks before leaving for a trip overseas, wondering if it would be possible for my ring to be fixed before we left, and Tan assured us he would do everything possible to have the ring back in time for me to wear it on the trip. He explained in detail what was wrong with the setting of the ring, and what he could do to fix it. Even though the shop was quite busy, and our request came with not very much time to work with, Tan made sure to have my engagement ring ready to go almost a week before we departed. It looks beautiful, and I feel so much safer wearing it now knowing that the problem has been fixed and the diamond is secure. A huge thank you to Tan and the rest of the team at Shannon's!

This place also does watch repair and maintenance.
I have a watch I haven't worn back from 2013. The straps were looking worn out and the battery was dead, wasn't sure if it would even turn back on.
Tan (the owner) was able to assist me with getting the battery replaced and gave impartial advice on the whether I should replace the strap or not.
I walked out with a working watch, looking almost brand new with some new leather straps.
All that in under 30 minutes and it cost me a little over $50.

Tan is the absolute best and the one I trust most with my engagement ring. He resized my difficult thin band perfectly, you’d never know it was adjusted. I also just recently stopped in to ask if he could do a ring cleaning for me this week. He did it right on the spot free of charge. Always recommend Shannon’s and especially Tan.
