  They fill your mailbox with junk mail, then when you go check your mail, they claim your box was full and leave a tag saying you have 10 DAYS to get your mail...WITH NO DATE ON IT!!
  And a 2 day delivery gets to their office in under 2 days...then takes another 2 to 4 days to actually be delivered!!
  I've missed 3 days of work with the flu and now I have to drive to the post office to get my junk mail??!! And a package they could have just been put at my door.

  Absolutely the worst post office we have ever dealt with. Last fall it took two monthes to straighten out our mail after requesting mail forwarding. Unfortunately we've had to forward our mail again and it's the same issue. They just completely ignore your forwarding requests.

  Been waiting for 25 minutes on the phone not very good at answering I guess gave them the benefit of the doubt it has now been 35 minutes so I'm posting this and too edit the review I finally got in contact with them and there understaffed too be able too go look if my package is there so all in all useless and should look too fire and hire new for this business 😊

  When I try calling, they never answer. When someone was using change of address from another state, everyone else was removed from MY address!!! For the last 3-4 weeks my mail was sent back, I didn’t even know!
  Come to find out they had the new person fill out as if it was their address and nobody else’s????? I was standing right there with them and I NEVER was asked to simply ADD the person to MY PAPER.
  This morning a wonderful lady helped me fix it quickly;) Thank you so much for your help today!!!!

  Worst post office I have ever seen. Clerks are nasty and rude. If you ask for your mail, “they don’t know where it is” (even though that’s their job), if you put your mail on a hold, you still won’t get all your mail. My route repeatedly has gone without mail for WEEKS. The clerks will tell you it’s your fault and refuse to give names and phone numbers. Will tell you that they don’t pick up the phones. They should all be fired and re-hire people that actually know how to WORK. If I could choose a different post office I would!

  They have not delivered my mail for 5 days now, and I the past have been very inconsistent, customer service at this post office is not good either

  This post office is AMAZING. Specifically Lucie. She has been an immense help to us all here at the Imported Car Center. Our address change was a NIGHTMARE and Lucie held our hand and helped us every step of the way! Thank you Lucie! You're not a Neumann! :)

  If I could give them no stars I would. The customer service here is trash and they are very rude. They don't want to answer questions or help u. Last but not least if u don't have tape or your package is not taped, don't ask them for none because they will tell u to buy a whole roll just for 1 thing and it's $5. I just want to say the ups store is in the Hannaford parking lot and they help you as soon as you walk through the door. Another thing the mail is always late or don't come because they done put it in the wrong mailbox. I wouldn't recommend using this post office. The one in Winooski is better or the one in Essex.

  So,,,,,,,, I haven’t gotten mail in over a week!!! Over a week people!!!!!! So I go there polite cool tempered and I ask the lady could she help me find my mail and packages? What’s your address? I give it and sue immediately starts rambling on about they don’t have enough drivers the driver responsible for my neighborhood is in vacation. VACATION!!?!!!?? Ok great what’s that got to do with peoples mail not being delivered??? So I asked her well I’m here now I’ll grab my packages, know what she said?? Umm yeah no that’s not possible I’m the only one here and there’s way too many packages to go thru, ???? lazy lazy lazy this place is a joke she should get fired!!! No one wants to work anymore these days good job US Government for handing out hand me outs now no one wants to work

  Not sure who will read this, but my husband and I live at 15 Park St, Essex Jct, we are having problems with our mail getting in the right mail slot, our mail gets put into 408, we are 409, I've brought this to our regular mail delivery person, he talked to the two people that covers for him. They are still doing it, the box they put it in, the person doesn't check on a regular schedule, we do, so the mail I want we don't get for a few days after delivery. .
