A powerlifter's dream gym! They also have classes, steam room and an experienced in-house masseuse to put you back together after you tear yourself down.

Jamie and all the other trainers are great and equipment is fantastic. I also appreciate that Jamie puts on powerlifting competitions.

Very Dirty, black mold in the locker rooms, bathrooms smell like pee. Owners lack self awareness and respect towards their clients. Would not recommend to anyone to start going here!

Awesome staff, no frills gym with tons of equipment, loved that it was actually cold in there for a good work out! Also plenty of cleaning supplies provided. Let us come in from out of town (we visit Castleton often) which was cool.

If you train like me and vacationing in Vermont or maybe not even on vacation. You live in the area or a few miles away. I highly recommend this gym, staff and members are very helpful and welcoming. Well always come back to this gym when I come up to visit
