Very friendly and helpful staff.
Little disappointed that they told me that servicing my mower would be lower priority since I didn't purchase it from them. I've bought other stuff from them and the only reason I didn't get my mower from them was because they were completely out of stock when I needed it. It was right after the pandemic and everyone was low or no stock.

My father purchased an echo leaf blower here 4 years ago. It died while I was using it and he brought it in and they fixed it under warranty free of charge. Needed an ignition coil. Brenda was honest with amazing service.

I had the camshaft recall issue with my Honda mower and it was unable to start. In my area, which is 200 miles away, I could not find a single dealer who was willing or able to help me in any capacity. I remembered Exit 18 Equipment from a family member and called them up. I spoke with Brenda, and she immediately explained things and helped me out. I can't say enough how much I appreciate Brenda and Brett for their honesty, professionalism, knowledge, compassion and willingness to help without question. I will not hesitate to travel the distance to do business with them in the future! Thanks guys!

I brought our Honda mower in last fall for routine maintenance. They discovered that the transmission was shot, and replaced it along with the other work. I got the mower back this spring, and had to double check that it was mine since it looked and ran like brand new. Great job, I couldn't be happier with the work and the price!
