Very helpful, friendly employees!
I called ahead to see if they had a battery in stock and the guy (I believe his name was Kurt) set it aside for me. Then when I arrived, another man (didn’t learn his name) offered to install it in my key fob for me! Highly recommend.

Staff was respectful and helpful. Knowledgeable when it comes to the location of the items in thier store and jumped to help me find what i was looking for. Convenient location right in I-91 exit 15 Fairlee VT. Store is clean and well stocked for a smaller hardware store. I recommend them to anyone looking for hardware home and patio products, home improvement projects and much more!

I stop in frequently for odds and ends. The staff is very helpful, although a woman tends to like to take over whenever anyone else is involved with helping me. Which kind of makes things awkward, I try to avoid asking for help if she is near-by. The rest of the staff are already super helpful and I have a lot of confidence in the advice and guidance they give.
