“Back in August I won a charity auction at a local church that was a car care bundle complete with a free tire change at B&A. I'd never been there before but I decided it would be extremely helpful for getting my first ever set of snow tires put on. Not only did B&A honor this months later with no questions asked, they didn't charge me anything extra and everyone there was so kind and professional. The service itself was very quick and waiting in their office was no problem. In a world full of dishonest people who very easily could have overcharged to make sure they got some money out of a "free" service (and it's happened to me before,) I greatly appreciate B&A's honesty and commitment to their community and will certainly be coming back in the spring when it's time to take off my winter tires!”
