New in town and trying to find a place for car work. Being from out of state, I thought they'd give me a hard time with a difficult car. I had no issues. Roger is very easy to talk to and he's very professional in his job. I wouldn't hesitate to go back for future services.

I have used Dick's repair shop for 8 years now. Roger is always fair and honest. He works with the customer and keeps it affordable. Mostly he is concerned for the safety of his customers. I really am fortunate to have such a wonderful mechanic. I feel safe knowing he has the experience and knows what he is doing.

I called 2 of the 3 Auto Repair Shops listed on google for Grand Isle VT with no luck so I try the last one, Dick's Auto. It's Christmas Eve and 1/2 hour before closing, some guy named Roger answers the phone at Dick's and I tell him I'm calling from Wisconsin, my Son and his Family live in Grand Isle VT and he is bedridden because he just had surgery but he needs a battery for their Tahoe. I get a call from my son's daughter 1 hour later telling me some guy named Roger from Dick's Auto just left and put a new battery in their Tahoe, all is good. God Bless you Rodger, I guess we'll settle up on Thursday? meantime Merry Christmas and thank you from the Sammons Family.

We think very highly of Dick's Repair Shop and Roger. Over the last several years, he has serviced each of our cars and is thorough, explains what's needed, and charges a fair price. We will definitely continue to use Roger for our car servicing needs.

Roger is a great guy & we were sad to move away from the island all the way to Hinesburg. After a few failed attempts at finding a good, all around mechanic, guess where we ended up taking are cars back to? Yup...it is well worth the drive.
