Joe is an impressive guy. He can do advanced work (frame welding, for example), he has a large, well-organized shop, and he was very responsive to texts. I was in a position where he could have charged me out the wazoo (tried to do a job myself, ran out of talent, inspection past due), but he was fair and honest. I highly recommend him.

I used this mechanic on a couple of occasions, and now can not get in touch with him. Doesn’t answer phone calls, and his voicemail says to text or email. I texted on one occasion, no response. Tried again a few months later for a different repair, ghosted again. Not really sure what the deal is, the guy does good work, but good luck getting a response from him. Pretty rude and unprofessional.
