They tightened the bolts on the tires and removed all the snow and ice buildup and explained it to me kindly and professionally. They didn’t even charge me for it! “I bought my Ford truck at Lamoille Valley, and have had it serviced there ever since. It was a pleasant experience buying it there, and the service department has been more of the same. They've done right by me...and I'll repay that with my loyalty. Kevin in the Service dept., is very professional and easy to deal with. It's a bit of a haul for me to drive out there each time...but it's worth it.
Update Jan. 2023....still enjoying the great service for my Lamoille F-150. The personnel changes from time to time , but they are always very nice to me , and treat me fairly. They are a full 5 Star operation in my book. Recommended.
Update : 6/2023 .....Still a 5 STAR Dealership . Still good people. Still recommended. Service department is very professional , and pleasant to deal with.....and I'm not that easy to please , truth be known.
