I brought my 2015 Subaru Crosstrek in a couple months ago to have the rear hatch door repaired and the rear window replaced after a tree bough fell on my car during a wind storm and put a bunch of dents in the door and broke the window. They did an excellent job of repairing the door and window, and their customer service was prompt and friendly. I would not hesitate to go back to them.Service: Body & Trim

Lamoille Valley Collision went above and beyond for us. Darryl took in a project on very short notice as we wanted our daughters car fixed as a birthday present in two days. He said he could do it at an agreed price and came in under budget. Cody ( a.k.a. motor mouth ) did an amazing job and did way more than expected. Those two are second to none. Thank you Darryl, Cody and everyone at Lamoille Valley Collision.

I purchased a brand new limited edition Focus RS from Lamoille Valley Ford. (Sister business to this collision center) Within a year of ownership the paint on my trunk started to flake and chip without any sort of contact happening to the paint. The dealer submitted my claim to Ford Warranty NA and sent me down the road to these guys. Our car that we financed from ford itself, has been brought to this shop twice so far after an accident that occurred to our vehicle back in January. The first batch of work that was done, wasn't bad- we didn't notice any flaws in the reconstruction of our front end including the front drivers side wheel that ended up getting bent inward during the accident. We eventually got our vehicle back a couple weeks later- and then a few weeks after that we experienced the the same drivers side wheel flying off the vehicle while in motion. Not one person at the shop recommended that we bring it back in after a certain amount of miles just to make sure everything was still working properly. Apparently that should've been something that was recommended for us to do. Our car then went back into the shop after the wheel fell off, to be repaired as well as have the fender and salt shield fixed too. They had the car for over a month. Thankfully the actual dealership had a car for us to use that got us to and from our jobs. We received the car back finally- seeming to have no issues other than the salt shield (one that was replaced) not having enough screws to the point where it is still dragging on the ground. It then however appeared to not have any of the correct work done- including not having any new parts that were apparently added to the bill through our insurance company. How we found out? We brought our car to a different auto shop to have the right driver side breaks changed, when the technician told me that he would look it over to make sure our wheel wasn't going to fall off again. He then took pictures, pointed out to me that everything they had written down on the paperwork wasn't actually done nor replaced. The only thing replaced was a backing plate and the salt shield which is barely holding on by a single screw. I am not happy!! I thought very high of this company until both Geico and us, were taken advantage of along with our money.

Very good customer service. I brought my car here to have body work done after a collision and when I picked it up it looked great. I would definetly go back here to get any body work done if I ever needed to. The people were super friendly and helpful. I had a great experience and recommend this place to anyone who needs work done.
