Confirmed with stylist four times to cut hair below the jaw, including indicating on my neck twice where I'd like her to cut no higher than, and also reminded her she needed to go lower so that when it shrank from drying it would still be appropriate length, even showed her reference pictures. I don't know if she didn't listen at all or decided to do whatever she wanted, but my hair came out at least four to five inches shorter than anything we discussed. It's almost just above my ears, and I look like a mushroom that mated with a Karen. I've shaved my head before, it takes a lot to faze me, which I told her to illustrate that I'm not super particular about a certain cut or style, just get the length right. I guess she took that as some sort of challenge because this is my first terrible experience at a hair salon. I tried to call them to discuss making this right somehow but have not heard back. I hate to complain but this has been a very upsetting experience and I would not recommend.

I had a great experience at the clip Joint. I had never had a haircut here before but I’ll definitely be back. For once I got exactly the cut I wanted! This was because the stylist listened and asked questions. She was also very intuitive and of course very skilled.

Amazing stylists! I was ready to change things up and I had the gift of working with Tegan and Ariel! They were so kind and communicative. I left with a rocking Mullet and green Highlights exactly how I wanted. Thank you girls for making me feel like a baddie!

I brought my boys for a haircut and the experience seemed rushed (15 minutes from walking in to walking out) and the haircuts are uneven and very much not what I asked for. To be fair I did not contact the salon after to complain, and in the moment I was so shocked by how bad the haircuts were but did not want to give my boys any bad feelings so I just told them they are so handsome, paid and left. I asked for trims around eyes and ears but to keep the shaggy length. They were given layers that are not even left and right and literally my older son still has hair hanging over his ears. He specifically got the worst of it as he has visibly wavy hair but it was cut too short and as if he has straight hair. Total fail and I don’t know how else I could have been clearer. Might be great at other cuts but they blindly chopped my boys hair disregarding the requested cut style and just all around bad cuts.

I go their to get my hair dyed and trimmed they do exactly what you want and if your hair isnt healthy enought to be dyed they will tell you instead of dying it anyways their really friendly to?Service: Haircut
