Rented a minivan to pickup my family in Boston. We dealt with Aiden and the customer service was excellent, as well as the quality and cleanliness of the rental vehicle. Thanks for everything, would recommend to anyone in the White River area!

Absolutely stellar service and friendly staff, if I could give these guys 7 stars out of 5 I would! They were very nice and even gave me a ride back to where I needed to be so I wouldn’t miss my bus ride to the airport.

After colliding with a deer just before July 4th, our insurance company arranged a rental from Enterprise in White River Junction while our car was being repaired. Day after the holiday, a nice young man came out, picked us up, and brought us to Enterprise to get our rental. We just returned the rental. Drop-off was just as easy as pick-up. This number is going into my phone list for future needs.

Excellent service picking up a rental for insurance direct bill. Prompt, friendly and hassle free. I picked up a car on a busy Monday morning and had exceptional service.

This is the second time I used enterprise. I had a small issue with the first one and I filled out the feedback form after I returned the vehicle. Now, I was impressed how attentive they were the second time. They even called me and asked if I liked the car that they gave me. If not, they will replace it with a new one. In addition, they are easier to reach now. If I am correct, I spoke to David who is really professional and very kind over the phone. Would definitely recommend WRJ Enterprise.

Not the same company. Inconsiderate, very unhappy with the reservation system. Not happy with the communication with the local rep. Our University Corporate account will find a new rental provider.... as a follow up if you want something done right go to West Lebanon office. Very courteous, found the team van we needed for the dates we needed it (Reservations had said they were not available and I needed to go 100 miles away to get one) and booked it for us (which White River would not do)

Useless service. I booked a week ago ,but they called me just before the reservation time that they can't get us a car.Never apologize and do nothing for us.Next day we booked this service another site location, but they charged us at double rate.They maybe fraud. Be careful

I had an Issue with my reservation, but the people at Logan Airport. Were so much very helpful at the front desk and upstairs where you pick up the car. Very helpful was name tag Midnight he got me on the road, along with his crew!

Horrible service. Never answer the phone. Make it difficult to do anything logical- with the lack of a debit and credit card putting a $50 down so that my insurance could cover the entire rental was almost impossible. Even with the owners credit card available. Disorganized didn’t get a call back when I was supposed to have received a confirmation days prior. When representative gives information that another representative contradicts- consistently.they make it too difficult to work with them with any satisfaction just frustration. Trying to give them money was more frustrating than anything which is completely ridiculous…

One of the agents was professional. The other one acted annoyed. I am duly impressed with 1/2 of Enterprise customer service and also: the car was a joy to drive, and was clean and safe. With the exit agent at the Enterprise checkout counter that Thursday, it was evident that the employee was in a hurry - although there were no other customers in sight. I don't want the one positive, conscientious agent to feel self-conscious that he was conscientious. But his professional demeanor and approach was such a contrast to the other one's. However I got my receipt for insurance purposes (my vehicle is in the shop), so something good - such as remuneration - seems destined to emerge from this plus-and-minus experience. I hope some observations of positive agent 1 by agent 2 will occur so that the public will receive the all-around service to which it is entitled. Thanks for reading this diatribe.
