??? I had a deer jump from the bushes into my windshield of my 2022 k20 Honda civic hatchback completely destroying the windshield and damaging the A pillar, hood, front bumper, passenger fender, side mirror and door while sending glass and deer hair EVERYWHERE within the car. This also damaged the dashboard and my OEM Honda rain guard. There was a lot of work to be done cosmetically (not to mention all the glass and hair to be removed) and this would be the second time we would have a new car repaired at JAS. Roger, Matt and the team quickly performed miracles to my new car and had me back on the road faster than expected. The quality of work and attention to detail is outstanding as was with our first car we had them work on. Matt was very helpful with all of my questions and Roger was there to help me with the workmanship and repairs. The car is now looking amazing and I cannot thank everyone there enough for there hard work. I am very impressed with the quality and speed of the repairs with JAS. Really good people for sure. You would never know this car was wrecked!!! ???

Our vehicle was damaged by a deer collision. Took months to get into this insurance recommended shop. Went to pick up the vehicle and there were tool scratches on the vehicle that were not there when we dropped it off, buffer burns on the plastic, missing fasteners and missing paint on the newly replaced parts. Do not waste your time with this second rate shop. I will never bring another vehicle here for repairs.

I had my car door replaced. Pretty happy with the quality of work is 5 star. BUT communication could've been improve in so many ways. I called sometime in July or August and got scheduled in October. I am cognizant about the delay in getting the parts etc. I get that. I brought my car to their shop and got my rental which unfortunately, was not covered by my insurance (which they know). They did not tell me that they had to replace the whole door and wait for 3 weeks. I had to call them after 9 days just to be informed that my car was just sitting there. So I had to get my car again since I'm paying a lot for the rental. Then, when my door finally arrived, my car started to get fixed. This was November already, it was very unclear when the car will be done. It seems that the one talking to me do not know what's happening. They keep giving different dates and different reasons saying there may be other parts that needs to be ordered. (Really? after all the time my car was sitting there, you haven't figured out what parts you need? I am sure it is not your first time fixing this kind of issue). In short, it took them forever to fix my car with poor communication. Pretty inefficient.Service: Body & Trim

My car had been stolen back in April the state police found it few hours later. I still do not have my Land Rover back and today is August 24 22 all it needed was a back bumper a back tailgate few parts on the front they ended up busting one of my tail lights it has taken 5 1/2 months for this car to be ready. They have been soaking my insurance company Progressive for almost 6 months just for body parts there was no damage to the engine or anything I have no idea why it’s taking so long they keep giving me excuse after excuse after excuse then one of them was driving my car and broke the belt on it and now they want me to pay for that because they said it’s ware & tear they also want to send it down the street for diagnostic and they know what’s wrong with it. This place is a joke. Matt is a terrible businessman he has taken advantage of me and my insurance. I feel helpless with no call back or answer from anyone here. They blamed me for the belt braking when technician was driving it not me. I still don’t have my car. What do I do? Someone please help me get my car back.

Made the trip with my client to see some classic cars they had listed on their website. Unfortunately none of them were on the lot. We were disappointed of course but the gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and even gave me a few suggestions of other places to check for cars

Very very slow service. It took 6 weeks to fix my car. It should have take 2 weeks to fix my car. I even had to order the windshield for my car because VW didn't have a windshield. It was very embarrassing for me to explain to Portland glass that I needed a windshield because JAS autobody couldn't figure it out. The final insult was when one of the employees wanted to take my car for a test drive after I was was told by another employee that my car was ready. Google doesn't allow zero stars. I don't and will be er recommend JAS autobody to anybody EVER.

They used cheap replacement parts. I asked for Toyota parts. The paint didn't match and the bumper came loose a couple of months later and they wouldn't fix it.Service: Body & Trim

Just got my car back today and everything looks great. Had the quarter panel, bumper and tail light replaced and the paint looks great. I definitely recommend JAS for paint and body repairServices: Painting

This is one of the worst BODY SHOP I have ever come across so far, the old dude Mike is the worst customer service here, he was working with my Geico Insurance adjuster, This Mike acted like he was doing the works free for me, was always rude but he did not forget to bill Geico about $5822. I showed him the damages while I dropped the car & requested him to call me back before starting the works on my car in case he has any questions but he would never called me. He billed Geico for the painting and repairing services but did not want to do the work, I had to call him multiple times and requested him to do the work as described on the bill but all his responses were NO & NO. Then my adjuster finally pushed him to do some additional painting. He still did not do the full painting on the damages, just left the buffing on the top of the trunk and all the doors. Based on the services and responses from the GEICO adjuster, I feel they are all together to steal the money from the Insurance company & not provide the service. Otherwise they would listen to customers and provide the services as needed. They took about 6 weeks to return my car and my rental expired after 4 weeks. If you have any other places to go , please avoid them. I barely put any online reviews, But I had to post my experience here so that other people have some idea about them before going there.Services: Painting
