“Recently had to have a prescription filled within a certain time frame and I also needed to change pharmacy's since my insurance was no longer going to cover this medication. Hannaford's staff was so friendly and realized the urgency of time limit we were in and went about and beyond to help out. I am not planning on switching all of our pharmacy needs to them. They cared! It was great service.”

Pharmacist Chris and assistant Kelly are always friendly and very happy to answer any questions that I might have. I never have to wait more than a couple of minutes. If there is any sort of issue with insurance coverage, Chris doesn't hesitate to contact the insurance on my behalf.”

“I just want to say that I have had a hard time getting a medication that I have been taking for the past few months. A lot of pharmacies just cant get it in stock. A couple of months ago, I literally called pharmacies within a 50 mile radius and for some reason I decided to try D-H Centerra pharmacy and found that they had it in stock! I have had no issues since then and they even text me to remind me that it is time for a refill! I'll drive the extra miles to get the service they provide. Staff is extra friendly and go the extra mile!”

“We recently moved to Hanover and I can’t say enough about the CVS in town! Coming from Manhattan, I really appreciate having a 24 hour CVS in town. Being greeted warmly as if I am a local walking in is so welcoming! Being able to ask anyone where to find something and that any CVS employee directing me exactly where I will find my product is full customer service right there! Last but not least they are a UPS drop off so I could return my item after hours on a Saturday on July 4th weekend….Not sure what more one can ask for.”

Try to get that service at a big chain store pharmacy!”
