We have been (window) shopping here for years, but made our first purchase yesterday. That is my way of describing how wonderful our experience has been. Specifically, Maegan Carbino is amazing--kind, honest, knowledgeable... and she follows up wonderfully my phone and emailWe reached out to her two days ago to ask about a specific car, and there happened to be one in stock, so we bought it that day because we knew she was working and she deserves every sale. She makes! It's a friendly environment....so Upper Valley!

Great service, super friendly employees, and great selection of cars! They make the buying process super easy. From the time the car shows up on their website until it arrives on the lot, they are willing and eager to help a customer learn as much as possible about the car. They also are super helpful with out of state purchases and make things smooth and easy for everyone involved :)

Best car buying experience! Darrin was my sales guy. He was very knowledgeable. He knew the hybrid was something new to me. Took me through everything from bumper to bumper. From the day I ordered my car, he kept me posted every week. I was lucky to not have to wait too long. My Rav 4 Limited Hybrid was made on august 27th and l picked it up today, about 5 weeks total. Everyone at White River Toyota was super helpful. All very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy at all! I drove 1.25 hours to this dealer and am glad I did!

I have been dealing with White River Toyota since I arrived in the area in 2007, the service department has always done good work and backed it up, just recently however I had reason to deal with sales and finance, they I have discovered have become negligent and a great disappointment.

I bought my Rav4 from this dealership. The customer service is excellent! My sales person Zachery was the absolute best. Very genuine and so nice to talk with. He went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted in a vehicle. Unfortunately, the vehicle I bought is having mechanical issues but the dealership is doing everything they can to help fix the problems as well as being very empathetic. I will return to this dealership in the future when purchasing a new vehicle. Great place to buy a car :)

My sister was looking to replace her 2010 RAV4 and had done her research online. We found two used vehicles with the equipment and price that she wanted. This was a few days before Christmas, and we were not able to look at the vehicles till the day after Christmas. We offered to leave a deposit, but after many conversations, emails, text, voice mail's Etc, they assured us the vehicles had been there over 90 days and WOULD be there the day after Christmas. ( deposit not necessary ) We told them that we were coming from Southern New Hampshire, and we would be there first thing Saturday morning, the day after Christmas, shortly after they opened. We've confirmed our appointment by email to Josh Chandler Christmas Eve day. We got up early Saturday to be there at 9 a.m. only to find out that both vehicles have been sold. No phone call, no text, no email. They said they had one vehicle that match the description of the two vehicles that were sold, but the price was $3,000 more. This vehicle had more mileage, and more damage and had a new set of the cheapest tires I've ever seen. It looked well used for 30,000 miles. After complaining to the sales manager but wasting our time and 3 hours of driving, he said this was a learning experience for Josh and that they'd ever take deposits to hold anything. If this sounds like a familiar scam to you, it probably is. Advertise a lower price car to get the customer in , only tell them it's been sold, but you have another vehicle exactly like that for a lot more money. We wasted time and gas to see a car that probably didn't exist. I guess Josh Chandler is not the only one who had a learning experience that day. I will be posting this review on Facebook and anywhere else I can. Oldest trick in the book.

I worked with Cory Dickerson and he was super helpful, friendly and down to Earth. He made purchasing my vehicle super easy. He showed me some great options in my price range and broke down the whole process for me in an easy to understand way. As someone who manages a store with the main focus being customer service, I can recognize people who truly have the best interest of the customer at heart, and that is Cory. I highly reccomend Cory Dickerson as someone to work with.
