I highly recommend taking the Red Cross lifeguard certification course at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center! This was a great class with an amazing instructor. It was offered in a beautiful facility. Thanks so much for a great experience!
The Upper Valley Aquatic Center (UVAC) is a fully equipped fitness center with exceptional personal training, an exciting assortment of group classes and vacation camps for kids. State-of-the-art swimming facilities for lessons, competition, and exercise in addition to a zero entry Splash Park with two slides and a current pool make it a GREAT place to bring the whole family. Other amenities include many party options, a bright, wonderfully accessible building with views of the surrounding hills. Members enjoy FREE classes!
