Do not step on their wood chips. Whatever you do, do not step on their wood chips! If you’re going there to buy a car, be sure to jump OVER the wood chips. Also, some of the salespeople are cute, but again, DO NOT STEP ON THE WOOD CHIPS!

Came in not expecting anything nice and the staff was so helpful and kind especially Dave (the bald guy) (he told me to put that haha) and Donna! Without the two of them we would not have been able to get as good of a car as we got. I drove my dream Audi off the lot when I was expecting a beat up throw away car

Look for a friendly place to shop for your new ride this is the place to shop. If the vehicle is not on their lot they have many others locations to help you find the right one. Dave and Donna helped me get into my Jeep Gladiator even though my credit was not the best.

My Employer purchased several vehicles from here. Every single one has had to have either an engine replacement or has had engine related problems. They either never did an intake inspection upon their purchase of the vehicle or they did not disclose the current condition of the vehicle when they sold it.10 out of 10 do not reccomend.

I came in looking for a secondary car to drive on road trips and weekends away that was a little better on gas than my SUV.
Pros :My buying experience was fantastic. William my salesman was personable and friendly. Brad was great to work with on the finance end. I was a cash buyer so the process took about 15 mins from start to finish which was great as well.. everything was great until it wasn't.
Cons: I drove the car maybe 200 miles and the engine started to leak oil ( engine gasket seal)I contacted Brad and he went above and beyond to have it fixed for me at no charge. Fast forward to the day after Christmas and I'm broken down on the side of the road. I wrote a well worded email asking if I have the car fixed could i either trade it for another car (paying any difference in cost and probably at a loss) or sell it back. No response. I fully understand buying a used car was a gamble but I didn't anticipate having put less than 600 miles on my car that I paid around 10k for that It wouldn't be safe enough to get groceries in or drive to work. Its currently still at the mechanic.for a thermostat and water pump. Long story short, I've put over 3k into a car I've driven less than 600 miles and am too scared to drive it anywhere let alone a weekend to Maine or farther than walking distance from my house.

Crooks! Stay away at all cost! Was sold a 2019 Land Rover with fraudulent inspection and fraudulent car fax. The vehicle that was sold to me never disclosed the accidents that had been reported and should have had a salvage title. This is the sleaziest car lot in the upper valley. If you value your money time you will stay as far away from here as possible.

The Upper Valley’s BEST pre-owened car dealership – With the costs of news cars and interest rates higher than ever, who can afford to purchase a brand-new car anymore? So, we just purchased our second pre-owned vehicle from Brad Gilman and his fabulous no pressure” team. Our first was a beautiful two-year-old 2018 Alpha Romeo Stelvio with only 19,000 miles on it at an equally fabulous price. Now we just purchased our second vehicle, a ten-year-old mint condition 2014 Lincoln MKZ with only 46,000 miles on it, sporting every bell and whistle you can possibly think of. In fact, it still has that new car smell, and Brad even gave us double what we thought we’d get for our old and in poor condition pickup truck trade in, leaving us a very manageable monthly payment and a beautiful 2nd car. I couldn’t be happier. If you’re in the market for a new or pre-owed car, check out Upper Valley Auto Mart before you make your final decision. You won’t be disappointed.

Due to life giving me lemons (just paid off my vehicle that I purchased brand new 7 years ago and it was totaled a couple weeks ago) but Will and Brad at Upper Valley Auto Mart in WRJ, VT helped me make Lemonade with the purchase of my “new” 2018 GMC Terrain! Will listened to my current issues, my needs and wants and with the help of Brad, the 2 helped me drive off the lot today with a vehicle I LOVE!

Do to life situations I was looking to trade my vehicle in, I don’t know what caught my interest but I saw a car that I was interested in when I went to the White River dealer and speaking with William one of the sales employees that vehicle was no longer available. That’s one vehicle caught my eye, and something just felt right, they ran some numbers and everything turned out more than what I was anticipating for. They got me on a clean slate with a fantastic payment plan and made everything that I wanted to accomplish Come true. I'd like to thank Brad Gilman and Ryan Williams for all their help with my purchase of a new car. I had traded in an old, well loved jetta, for this new 2020 Audi Q3 with only 32k miles on it. They were quick to respond and worked with me to find a good deal. They went above and beyond, being honest and fair, and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone in the market for a new car.
