“This post office is so overwhelmed with staff shortages that the poor people that work there are doing the best they can. Kudos to the clerks out front who get the short straw everyday when they step out front to be the whipping post to everyone for stuff that is beyond there control. Be kinder people!! These people are doing the best they can. You are the worst of yourself when you don't have compassion or empathy for someone that is doing the best they can. Do better”

“I Love this United Postal Office. I have had a P.O.Box for 3 years now. Not once have I ever had a problem. They know me and I know them. I lost both of my keys and every time I have been their to get my mail. Their is always someone their to help me get it. It's cheap to be able to get a replacement key. $12.00 a Piece. I thought it would be expensive. I learned my lesson on that.”
“Website doesn't tell you they are limited to what items can be delivered. I had a laptop to return through FedEx but I was directed to a different location as they don't ship laptops or batteries from west lebanon location. I had to go to woodstock, VT Ace hardware who has a fedex on site.”

“Working backwards, the people at checkout are always friendly efficient and seemed to be very knowledgeable when I ask a question. I have found it difficult to find my own particular needed HP printer cartridges. They always seem to be very short of that style. I like that I can use them for Amazon returns with no packaging at all. I like staples.”
