The person that I spoke with informed me of what could be wrong, how they would treat it, and how much it would be, and then I mentioned my financial issue. She was very helpful, because she directed me to the care credit program, and I applied, was approved, and my cat was seen just minutes later! They treated the issue, and we also got up to date on shots. I'm very grateful and they've been wonderful on previous visits as well.”
