“So I spoke with Steve G. about my leaking rear differential cover. He told me they have done several, but would need the part and some diff oil. I ordered the part, bought the oil and he worked me into the schedule.
Kyle first welded the fill port, then cut the original factory part off, re-finished the differential's surface, flushed the interior gears, welded the new cover on and painted it's surface...nice job and NO leaks!
This part is a real life-saver for my 2010 Tundra! With only 120K on the odometer, it should have a lot of service left! My local Toyota dealer's fix was to replace the entire axle housing at a substantial cost!
