“Favorite VT stop. Friendly family owned shop. Best smoked ham and cheese products. Samples available to entice your tastebuds. Can’t leave without buying ham, cheese and maple syrup.”
“This is the best beef you can find in Vermont. I cook for a living and this is my go to for Burgers. Always fresh, flavorful and juicy. You cannot go wrong with their meats.”

“Offers a good variety of Vermont food products. Free tasting of cured meats and cheese. Bought their maple syrup! They also have a homemade maple froyo that was sooo delicious!”
“Superior meats for sure. I love every one of their products, but especially the natural casing hot dogs, which are unbeatable IMO. I especially love that they're a local Vermont business.”
“Staff was friendly, there was a good variety of meat and seafood available. We were happy that there were marinated options available and purchased two veggie kabobs, three shrimp kabobs, 1 bag of cookies, 2 bottles of tea, and pasta salad for about $80 and it would probably feed 4-5 people comfortably. We had plenty of leftovers for another couple of meals for 2 people. It was also nice that they had some produce as we were driving to a rental about an hour away and wanted to use the grill here.”
“I’ve lived here for 25 years and find myself preferring Lantmans to any of the other mega markets in the area.
Here’s why I like Lantmans Market so much.
- more than adequate selection on the shelves while maintaining a small market atmosphere
- Knowledgeable staff in the meat department
- great produce department with an increased offering of Organic and local options
- a good gluten-free selection
- a bright and clean deli
- Their improved selections in both the bread and wine department.
- Staff that are always helpful and friendly.”
