I rented a unit that I ended up not needing. I called back the next day to cancel it. They have never called me back or cancelled my unit. I've called 5 more times with no response. They have now charged me $260 for a unit I have never used, and never signed a contract for. Short of cancelling my debit card I'm not sure what else to do.

I just made a phone call to ask about availability. The man who answered said no, which was fine, but then I asked simply if he had any knowledge of any other places that had availability during this busy time of year, he replied sarcastically "Nooooo, I actually don't spend my time calling around to other storage places." It was a really rude response and I know I would not call back there again.

Move out of state three years ago, so I got a storage unit at Breezy Valley Storage. I've heard some people mention flooding, but when I checked on my stuff it was perfectly dry. No signs of flooding.
