    This is the worst telecommunications company that I have ever encountered. They have a monopoly in much of their service area, and it shows in the total lack of customer service and rude, useless staff, as well as the slow and intermittent connectivity.

    Not helpful at all. Refused service to me due to someone else. Would not let me keep number I had for over 29 years. Would not recommend at all
