We purchased a sofa bed from a local store, Morrisville Sofa and Mattress Warehouse. It had a major defect and they took it back for repair, charging us about $150. for transport. It was delivered back to us with the same defect, though they insisted it had been repaired. They offered to take it back again, also charging us another $150. for transport but also charging us for the repair. La-Z-Boy got involved but they were far less than helpful and did not stand behind their product. We were referred to Farquharson Upholstery by another person. Farquharson repaired it on site and we could not be more pleased. Their charges were far less than we had already paid for the first "repair" and would have needed to pay for the second. I highly recommend Farquharson. Couldn't ask for more.
