At the same time, they had an emergency going on at the clinic, but their admin staff did an excellent job keeping in touch with me and letting me know that they were running behind. They worked with me to get us in a bit later in the afternoon and were very apologetic about running so late. In spite of the worsening weather and the late hour, they remained patient with us, were attentive to our needs, and answered all of our questions.”
