We are family owned and operated broiler chicken farm, smokehouse and farm market. We offer our own, whole, parts, raw or cooked chicken including our own KW's Wicked Good BBQ Chicken and Maple Black Pepper Chicken. We also offer five flavors of artisan chicken sausages handcrafted on site by us with our chicken. The sausage varieties are Andouille, Bratwurst, Mild Italian, Hot Italian and Chicken Breakfast sausage in links or bulk packages. The Chicken Breakfast Sausage is made using Embers' familys' pork sausage recipe. We offer a large choice of smoked cheeses, and even smoked tofu and smoked butter! We also offer a few staples like milk, eggs and butter. All food is sold cold or frozen for you take home to enjoy later.
