Ace stores always have a great selection and hard-to-find items, but this place has absolutely everything tucked in there, along with knowledgeable staff who know where it is and can tell you how to install and use it. Just moved to the area; will be a regular customer!

Love this store, close to home, & always friendly people. I went in asking for help with an item that I have ordered on line and 2 parts were stuck together, because I put them together incorrectly, and I tried everything to get them apart without success & they were able to help me! Great Job!

Just happened to be up in this area what a friend of mine and we stopped in to see if they had some of the parts we needed before we went all the way to the city I just wanted to say yeah we ended up buying some stuff there that would help us along the way but the most important thing didn't work out but that happens it's not your fault they discontinued to make it thank you for your service and your people are very friendly and helpful

Management was disrespectful to, and yelled at, my mother today while she was trying to purchase propane. She tried to pay over the phone, and the staff member, by mistake, was reading every number of her debit card back to her out loud. She asked him to stop, for obvious privacy reasons. Later, management came out to her car and yelled at her, pointing at her and behaving very angrily, telling her off for “yelling at” their employee (which was definitely not her intention!) This manager refused to apologize and evidently thought he was perfectly in the right to yell at a customer like that.Management also has a history of disrespect and angry outbursts toward employees. As a former Jerihill employee of over a year, I normally would not air grievances publicly, but when it comes to my mother, that’s a different story. She has been a paying regular customer for over a decade and deserves more respect than that. Because of management’s poor decisions, Jerihill has been bleeding employees, and now they are bleeding customers.
