They're always closed 98% of the time when they're open the place is a wreck. Normally it says closed will reopen xyz day you come back then and it says closed until further notice or just has the same sign up.

Arrived 15 minutes prior to closing. Door closed and employee wouldn't acknowledge my presence. Don't go here for last minute items.

I can not believe this store has a 4-star rating. I gave a generous 3-star rating for the fact that the local employees are saints and do the best they can to keep this place running.

I'm a person who's worked retail most of my 57 years. Was a manger for 17 of those years. I love the place but it is never OPEN! nothing put away cart all over They need split your weekend days so your manger get one weekend day off or every other weekend off! The district manager should be there openning the store if they don't have help!!! Shame on you for letting your store and a great town look and be closed!

this dollar general was right by our airbnb while my friend and i stayed in vermont for vacation. not only do they have everything you need there but the workers are very pleasant. we had many positive interactions with the cashier matthew. great customer service and atmosphere!
