Excellent storage facility and just a short distance from Essex. Very clean and modern. Owners are respectful and responsive. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs self-storage.

I went to rent a unit coming 30 mins away from Burlington because of the great reviews it should the worth the drive, I was running about 7 mins late because of traffic and figured it would be courteous to let them know I was running behind via text I than was responded to by " how is being ten minutes late acceptable" how very inappropriate and unprofessional. Its disgusting that they treat people and potential customer's like this . Also like to add when I got there 7 mins late I asked how the message was appropriate she responded how is being late acceptable? I than left and will take my money elsewhere. This company is not worth a dime!
