Employee bashing and lying about someone they don't know all because a post wasn't liked that they aren't friends with the things said are not ok and from someone that works for you I would think social media stuff should not come from hate and lies and we have the screen shot the name of person and her family member

Was my bank for the longest time. I like that they have many locations. About two years ago I switched to North Country.

I called the bank and asked if I could cash a check without having a bank account with them and they said yes as long as I have a proper form of I'd. so after I called I went there and there were two out of three tellers not helping someone. I went up to one but she said she couldn't help me even though she didn't have a close sign on her counter like the teller next to her who was on the phone. so about five minutes past the third teller finishes until with her coustmer and about 5 more minutes past before I was finally helped. I ask to deposit the check and she says she couldn't because it's not a check with there bank which was failed to be mentioned in the phone. then as I'm leaving she says to call before going in to try cashing the check. this is a very clear example of bad coustmer service and I wasted 30 minutes driving there for nothing
