Rude Customer Service. FedEx Onsite Location where you bring packages in only to be treated in very rude manner by the cashier who does not like the fact it’s a FedEx Onsite Location. Not only will they not scan the packages because the scanner is broken allegedly but also refuse to take FedEx Packages and was told to drop off at another location or order home pickup.

left a parcel there Oct 12 which in error was supposed to go by USPS and we thought FedEx. The store manager (name tag said that) told us to leave it and they would look after it. They coud not find the scanner so no receipt. Parcel does not track and store does not answer the phone. no email or other way to contact them

They have a nice variety of stuff, but they are always closing 10 minutes earlier than advertised. I work nights and try to make it there on time before they close, Just to get there and find out they locked the door 10 minutes early.

Amazing store! It's very easy to get around and find what you're looking for! Wonderful customer service! When I was there, it was very busy, but the employee still helped me and made me her number one focus when I asked for help! For being a new store, they are doing a great job!

My version of hell will be constantly running back and forth between Dollar General where it will only be open during its advertised hours 6/10 times and when I do make it in, the cashier will be elsewhere when I need to check out and will be MIA for 20min at a time. God, I wish ANYTHING else would open up in Johnson for general household goods and food supplies.

I give you 0 stars if I could you're never open. It's been 5 days out of the week that you're not open past 3 o'clock just close the store already. Should have kept the manager you had when you 1st opened the store.

This store is a huge mess and there isn't anything inside of it that could be remotely considered to be real food. This store will kill this town with it's horrible existence.

Because the store closes at random, at least update the website? I can't count the number of times I've taken a trip to drop off a fed ex package and there's a handmade closed sign on the door. Stop inconveniencing your customers.

3:45 pm on a Fri arrived to find a hand written note taped to the door “closed” Over last six months store is a mess, inventory strewn everywhere in boxes blocking shelves. Too bad it was very clean and organized but no longer.

This Dollar General in Johnson VT is horrible!! The new manager was yelling and slamming things because prices were wrong and we were pointing it out beca We wanted to have the items we were buying for the price that was on the shelf. She was very rude to my husband and I !! I do not shop there as often as i did due to this issue, her behavior was very unprofessional!
