Shape Center is great! Rarely find more than a few folks there if you time it around meal times for students. Great facility. Relaxing. Good pool.

My serious perspective of the importance of keeping the VT State Colleges open: Johnson State College, their staff and faculty saved my life, they gave me hope, love, education, security, and unbelievable support. They are family and JSC is my home. Johnson State College (now NVU-Johnson) supports their students in a very personal, dedicated way that not only serves as a place of education, but as a safety network for students, who do not have homes to return to during breaks

Did my premed coursework there in 2002-2003. With the help of Dr Dolci, I was able to do research at UVM which opened a door for medical school and beyond!

JSC is a great school. Not only was the curriculum for biology in-depth and thorough, but the education as a whole was very well-rounded. 5 stars. I should also say that Dr. Dolci is a remarkable professor.

As a person of color everyone is very accepting. It has a very warm and family type of environment. Small but with a large welcoming.

I love the campus. The people there are awesome. My son will be attending this fall. He is so excited to be a Johnson Badger.

Recent transition and linking with Lyndon University. Logos and colors are changing but the facility is the same. The cost of an alumni gym membership is insane and they don't offer multiple alumni discounts like allot of other schools.

I had to transfer out to work on writing. Apparently they treat English classes like such a waste of time that no one can even get into them. When they do show up, I hope you get an advisor that cares enough to enroll you.

So I gave it a few years to think on it, I left in.... 2016? Didn't graduate, transferred to finish out elsewhere. I decided to attend UVM. I will also admit I had quite a few immature habits that made me very prideful at Johnson, but some things still sit with me.
