This shop is the go to place for me! After long days of travel and changed plans due to car difficulty not only were these guys so professional and had the best equipment they went above and beyond. They dropped off the equipment and bikes right in front of the entrance of the ski lift and there knowledge of the weather and mountain was so clutch for me as a new first time rider! I did call other places before i called this shop but I was easily won over by how laid back and straightforward they were about everything! Rent from these guys you will not regret it! A big Thank you from me to the Basin shop crew!

I have always had a challenge with footwear and nothing is as tricky as ski boots! I am a eee with high insteps. I started looking for new boots this season. Stopped in many shops and most had a boot or two to try. Nothing felt right. Basin had four boots to try a few were close and Nick and the guys around were awesome! I put the Recon 120 on and it was not too bad Nick said they now cook the shell. I let him pad out my foot and shape the shell and I now have three days in these! Zero pain spots! I mean zero!
If you need boots go see Nick!

I want to thank Tim for going the extra mile to find me the best ski boots for my hard to fit feet. I love my Lange RS 110s. Tim’s footbeds fit perfectly. And, thank you, Nick, for helping out on Tim’s day off, and a shout out to Cory for setting up all my skis for the new boots. Great service all around!

I can't recommend Basin Sports more highly. Five stars isn't enough. Clark and Rob were amazing in talking me through the options. In the end I I got to demo two different boards and got exactly what I needed at an awesome price. Great selection, awesome customer service, unbeatable price.

Rented a board and boots for 3 days : the toe binding on the board was stripped and kept coming loose. When I returned the board and pointed this out , the guy at the rental section got aggressive and defensive, refused to acknowledge the issue.

i have been renting here for 3 years whenever we come up to killington and always have a very quick, easy and helpful experience. this weekend after my second day renting i was having a ton of trouble getting my ski boots on. my friends and i tried for an hour to get them on but eventually decided to go back to basin for help. a very nice gentlman named Bill was an incredible help, showed me a few reasons why the boot may not be fitting, then was able to get my boot on in under 5 mins. after i tried for an hour. Bill was very kind and helpful and we were able to get back on the slopes very quickly. thank you so much we will be renting here for years to come.

Great shop and experience! When my cousin had the wrong socks and subsequent trouble fitting her boots, we came back and Bill was extremely helpful! He immediately saw us and fixed the issue all while being very personable. Have been going here the past 2 years and definitely will continue doing so.

Great shop to deal with. Very honest, knowledgeable and accommodating. I bought ski's through their Ski Essentials site and they did the final setup quickly and with out issue. My daughter had a few issues with sizing and the fact that her shipment had been damaged. We expected a runaround but their company was great and this shop was fantastic! Robb & McKinley were great to deal with, offered her another pair, and also gave their honest input on the proper size (which was one up at no extra cost) and then got her set up and on the slopes that morning. We couldn't ask for more. They really cared about our experience, went over and above, as well as wanting to make sure we left their shop extremely satisfied (we are). We can't say enough about these guys! If you're in the Killington area area and have a question on ski's, boots or other gear, stop in, they are really great, genuine people to deal with and can really help.
