Checked in late no one at the desk. Outside appearance is good, but inside needs updated in a major way. Steep stairs and stiff doors. Nice location but way overpriced.
Rooms: Very outdated.

We were in Vermont for the Indian Summer and felt very comfortable at the Greenbrier Inn. The rooms are large and comfortable, a bit old. The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately the WiFi was bad, our room was at the end of the hallway, but it was better at the front. It would be nice if this could be improved for future guests.
All in all, recommended, even compared to what you can get much worse for the same money or more.

The people who run this place are lovely. I wanted to like this bed and breakfast. The place feels dated but not in a charming way. Small bathroom with loud fan. Sink outside the bathroom. Water from faucet tasted awful. The bed is really high. It’s hard to get into it and I’m not short. There were only plugs on one side of the bed. The bed only had two small flat pillows. The wifi from our room (far from the reception area) was pretty much non existent. They said it was because there were near full capacity. The breakfast was continental— lots of options but think more of quantity over quality.

Booked at the Greenbrier Inn for a spring skiing trip with friends. Excellent location for skiing Killington, close to EVERYTHING! One of the most comfortable beds ive ever slept in! Lovely decor, and Stephen is an awesome host!
Highly recommended for any Killington trip. Will definitely be back next season

I stayed in the weekend of March 22. The inn is located between Pico and Killington, very convenient. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff Tom and Steve were very friendly. I like the lobby and breakfast area with many beautiful pieces of antique furniture. It snowed the whole day yesterday and the inn became a winter wonderland. Tranquility was in the air everywhere. I liked my quiet time there watching the snow.
Nearby activities: Skiing

I hope you don’t have any issues or questions regarding anything with this hotel because they’ll never respond regardless of the number of calls and emails you send. So disappointing. Also you never explained on the phone because we reached out to you directly multiple times and not getting back a response until this review

Cute family-owned inn with cabin/chalet vibes in the heart of Killington - conveniently located to the ski resorts and restaurants/bars and shops. Steve greeted us every morning at breakfast and indeed made us feel right at home. Rooms were clean and spacious with a nice little balcony.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! Perfectly located only a few minutes from killington/pico and near plenty of restaurants/bars. Our room was clean and the hospitality from the owner and staff was amazing. Will for sure stay here again in the future.

Killington Getaway Perfection: A Greenbrier Inn Love LetterLet me tell you, finding the Greenbrier Inn wasn't just a stroke of luck – it was a game-changer for our Killington ski trip. From the moment we stumbled upon its glowing online reviews, we knew we'd hit gold. And boy, were we right. This charming haven tucked away near the resort is about as close to ski-in/ski-out bliss as you can get. Plus, with an abundance of restaurants just a hop, skip, and jump away, post-shredding refuelling is as easy as pie.But the Greenbrier's magic goes far beyond its prime location. It's the people who truly make it shine. Steve, the heart and soul of the Inn, is simply phenomenal. He didn't just meet our needs – he anticipated them. A warm welcome call before our arrival? Check. Rooms magically ready before our official check-in time? You bet. Steve's genuine hospitality made us feel like the only guests there (even though we weren't!), and his infectious enthusiasm fueled our ski-trip spirit like a double espresso.Honestly, words can't fully capture the essence of the Greenbrier Inn. It's a place where comfort meets convenience, warmth meets efficiency, and genuine care trumps all. It's the kind of spot that makes you sigh with contentment as you sink into your cozy bed after a day on the slopes.Rooms: Rooms were very clean and well put-togetherSafety: Incredibly safe areaNoteworthy details: Amazing host! Discounted lift tickets can be purchased through the Inn.

This was such a lovely and charming inn. The owner and staff were very friendly. The decorations had a unique Vermont touch, such as the gorgeous painted antique table in the hallway, the wooden chess and cribbage boards, and the fireplace in the common area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size, with a table and couch. The shower was nice and hot and strong. It was all very clean, with good quality materials in the room. Breakfast was hearty with lots of variety. There were muffins, English muffins, cheese sticks, applesauce, yogurt, oatmeal, and more, with hot coffee or hot water for tea. The location was very convenient with just a five minute drive to the ski resort and restaurants. Would stay there again!

Amazing! This may have been the best hotel I have ever stayed in, especially for the price point, it was so homey and the owner / worker was so nice and comforting! 10/10 would stay again and cannot recommend enough.Food & drinks: Tons of good included, always stocked with orange juice, milk, yogurt, cheese sticks, etc
