K-1 Lodge is a favorite spot for families visiting Killington for skiing and outdoor adventures. It offers a cozy atmosphere with a wood fire inside and a gas fireplace outside, perfect for relaxing. The lodge features beautiful views from the peak and is a great place to warm up, although it can get crowded on busy ski days. The food selection is decent but on the pricey side. Visitors appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. K-1 Lodge is also a popular starting point for gondola rides, providing access to stunning scenery and activities for both kids and adults. While the lodge closes at 5 PM in the fall, it remains a wonderful place for adventure seekers and those looking to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.
