Killington Boot Camp is a great place to take classes. Beth is an excellent fitness instructor, and Karen is an excellent yoga instructor. The classes are always different and are designed to accommodate all shapes, sizes, ages, and levels of fitness. If you are looking for a challenge, the Boot Camp work-out will suffice. As someone who is older and working to improve my fitness level, strength, and pliability, I recommend joining Killington Boot Camp. People are friendly and welcoming. I just wish my work schedule allowed me to take more classes.

Love this place! I had never belonged to a gym prior to Boot Camp. Beth and all the members made me feel welcomed. Everyone is friendly and encouraging. The workouts are challenging, but Beth (and Rachel), being experienced trainers, give shame-free modifications so you can work at your own level. They make sure to work the entire body, mixing up the routine so that you are neither bored nor dreading what comes next. They keep it fun but also highly effective. Definitely recommend!

It took me a while to get the courage to attend! Wish I did sooner. Beth accommodates all levels and all of the instructors are friendly and welcoming. I thought I was doing a good job with my own cardio and strength training but there is so much more I get from classes. I know I'm hitting areas I don't get and I am happy seeing friends I know and making new friends. Truly a great environment! Come!

After four months of meeting via Zoom with Killington Boot Camp owner and personal fitness trainer Beth Roberts I’ve dropped 10 lbs and lost four and a half inches off my waist!I first met Beth when I took in-person group classes at Killington Boot Camp during the summer of 2020. Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable and they offer a wide variety of classes.Beth challenges me each week with strength workouts that have both improved my muscle strength & endurance and is a pleasure to work. I highly recommend Beth and Killington Boot Camp to start and continue your fitness journey.

Had an amazing experience with Beth at Killington Bootcamp. We were a bachelorette group of 9 visiting Killington and did a private class with Beth. She was so wonderful and accommodating and the class was dynamic, challenging and catered to the different levels within our group. I highly recommend Beth and Killington Bootcamp!

Beth is a very experienced personal trainer and a great motivator! She truly caters to all abilities and has greatly improved my health. Her group classes are welcoming, exciting and inspiring, and the other instructors are wonderful as well. The studio is well equipped and incredibly clean. I love everything about Beth and KBC!

Beth and Killington Boot Camp are the top of the top! I've been doing private classes with Beth for years and she is always prepared, adjust my workouts to what i need, every session and is an all around great personal trainer. Don't think twice about attending one of the many great classes or booking her for private sessions. I couldn't recommend more!!

I'm a 72 year old male, and have been training with KBC for about 8 years. Beth's workouts are varied and keep my muscles working as they should. I play golf 2-3 times a week and am a 40 to 50 day skier, and believe I would be unable to keep this pace without my workouts with Beth. Fitness does not have an age limit, and Beth works with me to keep me going. Thanks!

I have been working out with Beth for more then 5 years. She is an excellent trainer and her new studio is amazing. The other trainers are equally as amazing and the Monday evening class is brutal (in a good way). I even enjoy all the yoga classes!
