Horrible Place !! Went to sleep with the Tv on. Security knocked on my door at 1.30 am. Waking me to tell me to turn it down. Went back to sleep watching a video on myphone. A man that works for the hotel bursted in at 2.30 am and yelled at me said that i was being loud . Called to complain and said they had every right and were calling it a wellness check. We will never go back. Horrible !!

A late spring snow saw fresh powder. The room was great, nearby restaurants gave us greater food options and the staff couldn't be nicer.

Personnel sympathique et efficace, piscine et bains à remous chauffés extérieurs formidables. Les chambres sont un peu vieillottes malgré des salles de bain rénovées. Lits confortables. Salle de jeu, salle de sport. Presque ski in/ski out, un gros avantage. Malheureusement le rapport qualité-prix s'est dégradé avec une forte augmentation de prix pour 2024.

Can't beat the location on the mountain. Rooms can use a bit of maintenance, probably just end of season maintenance. The restaurant is stupid-expensive. Food is just okay.

Been great so far. The staff, be it front desk, bellmen, valet, or the maitre'de and wait staff at Preston's have been fantastic. You can't beat the location being at the base of the mountain and the heart of KillingtonRooms: The rooms are nice and well appointed, nothing special, but it's a worthy, welcoming, comfortable home away from home.Nearby activities: Skiing, tubing, mountain biking, golf. Further off, hiking, snow mobiling, breweries to be explored.Food & drinks: Preston's at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel and the Wobbly Barn are my favorites, but there are plenty of options up and down the Killington Road.

Great hotel, restaurant a bit to eclectric for my tastes. And was not consider substitutions, which when you have very specific food needs is difficult…

Super overpriced for the quality of rooms and service. Crappy heating/cooling systems that are old and loud. Very thin walls, you can hear it all from rooms next to and above. Overall furnishings are very worn. If it wasn't so close to the lifts, nobody would stay there for the price. Unfortunately not worth the money, even with the convenience.

Location location! This place is steps (small bridge, skateable on skis) to the lift. Excellent gym that has all you need. Pool is outdoors but kept very warm, you can just soak in it after a day of skiing. Hot tubs are even warmer! We had a suite which has all you need to make meals. Bed was a Murphy bed. It is not comfortable and is very noisy when you move. Walls are so thin you can hear conversations. If a light sleeper, not ideal. Just ski lots so you are nice and tired! Love the valet ski service!

Let me share the positives, awesome hot tub and heated pool, great location. But TWO very important NEGATIVES, a multilevel suite has 23 steps down to the bedrooms, not the normal 13. And the steps are steep! If you have grandma and grandpa with you, or even if you’re older skiers, that is not something you want to do at the end of the day. No where in my 2 bedroom reservation did it say I had a multilevel condo. Clinton was willing to change our rooms and offered a partial refund. We chose two studios, each with a Murphy bed. Another couple traveling with us paid $1500 for their studio with Murphy bed. We each paid $1800 for the same accommodations. The refund was not sufficient! How can the hotel justify such a difference in charges for the same type of room? For many years we have enjoyed a week of skiing at Killington. WE WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE KILLINGTON GRAND.

We love the convenience of the Killington grand.I just wanted to come and give Slynn a shoutout. We left my daughters very expensive iPad in the room. Called multiple times. Housekeeping couldn’t find it. Slynn was very helpful and went up to our room and found the iPad for us, kept it safe and made sure it got shipped back. Thank you Slynn for your excellent customer service!!!Nearby activities: Tubing
