Clean bathrooms and a beautiful building with lots of information about local attractions. Friendly, helpful staff. This is also a park-and-ride location; it's within a few miles of the Long Trail/AT crossing of 103 by Sherburne Pass/Inn at Long Trail, and is a safer location to leave your car if you're looking to go section hiking.
