Mountain Sports Inn is a comfortable and clean place to stay at Killington, right between Killington and Pico mountains with an excellent location just a short drive to the slopes. It is an older, budget hotel that feels like it, but offers friendly and amazing service from the staff. Rooms are large and nice enough, though some beds are firm or too hard. Amenities include a fridge and hairdryer, but no coffee maker or microwave in the rooms. A huge common area with a large TV provides a great space for groups. The included breakfast is unbeatable with breads and carbs, and good coffee, available during peak season; there is also a great breakfast place right next door. Some downsides include paper thin walls where you can hear everything and older features like an air conditioner that may let in air or bugs. Guests recommend the twilight bear walk behind the building. With ample parking, it is a great place for a family or a ski trip, and many consider it their go-to lodging, planning to stay again.
I stayed there last night. The place was very clean inside and out. The woman checking me in was very friendly. Soft bed and plenty of hot water for a shower. I slept great. Quiet area, I heard nothing. Breakfast was awesome. Nothing but great things tom say....
