Eric was helpful in making adjustments to my ski boots. He was patient and spent at least an hour with me listening to my feedback and making various adjustment in different areas. The boots feel better but unfortunately not quite right and need more adjustments. All part of the process.

Dave is hand a down the most knowledgeable ski outfitter I've met. He was extremely helpful with finding the right ski boots for me. I had my best ski day in Killington ever. The skis were fine tuned and had a great edge on them. Highly recommend this shop.
