Not only did Eloise pack the parcel we were shipping overseas but she also did all of the required customs forms (we have to do this ourselves in LA postal offices). “I work for a small business that exclusively ships with USPS to our customers. A customers package was marked as return to sender and hanging out in limbo... I was able to call and speak with Dawn who assisted in finding the customers info, tracking the package and re-routing it accordingly within a matter of 15 minutes. Not to mention I was able to get someone on the phone within 3 minutes of calling.
