Celebrating over 50 years of great cross country skiing! In addition to 30 km of trails built specifically for skiing or snowshoeing Viking is a full service nordic center: our cafe makes wonderful soups, chili, grilled VT cheddar cheese sandwiches, and tasty treats. We have a full rental and retail shop, including kid sized gear, snowshoes and pulks. Come ski or snowshoe with us and see how we enjoy winter in Vermont.

Snowshoeing here was a blast. The trails were so well marked and really beautiful. The folks that work here are super nice and gave great information on what to expect and made sure we felt comfortable and prepared, I can’t wait to come back!

Such a great place with excellent staff! Went with a large group for a beginner lesson and George was a great teacher. After a few runs back and forth on flat ground he had us out on the trails as if we were naturals. I had such a blast and will recommend them to everyone!
