Had a pretty bad experience here. Failed clutch, brought it in December last year. When I brought it in, the shop said they a lot of cars on backlog and it might take a while. While this was not a problem, it ended up taking months (to even diagnose the issue, despite the manager consistently saying he'd get around to diagnosing right away). But this wasn't a big deal, I had time. Eventually, it got finished. However, 5 months later, the clutch failed again. I brought it to multiple mechanics where I live now. The answer was the same; not only could they not tell a new clutch had been put in, they said if a clutch failed they fast they would have immediately refunded/replaced. I called West River. Even though I was calling during business hours, took too long (multiple days) to get a hold. Finally I did, and the goal posts kept moving. First I just needed photos that the clutch was ruined to get a refund for the part (I wasn't even looking for a refund of the labor, just parts). Then that wasn't enough, now he needed to talk to the shop. Provided that, then I need to send back the parts (which, for shipping, would have nearly cost me just as much as a new part). Then he said I could just return the parts at a Napa shop here, with his receipt. That didn't work either. Then he stopped responding. Now I'm out double the money for a part I replaced twice in two years after my car was running great for years prior.

I had the need to switch my winter tires to all season tires on my Lexus RX-350 and the mechanic did a great job, in a timely manner.
