I've used laundromats in Arizona, California, Nevada, Illinois and Wisconsin. The prices here are absolutely outrageous. It was $8 for the wash, originally $7.50 but they charged $.50 more for HOT water. That's absolutely outrageous. To top it off, we used the machine for soap as we left ours at the resort. Twice the machine distributed the wrong thing. I'd save money by driving to another place in gas alone. There's no way laundry should've been over $30 for 1 large load and 2 small ones. Absolute rip off. Taking advantage of the fact Ludlow is a rich area. No wonder no one was here.

It's peaceful inside and clean. However, it is necessary to read users comments or feedbacks that are written on the leaflets posted on their walls to avoid experiencing the same disappointments they had such as big dryers that don't dry well, washers that have issues, and detergent vendo troubles. However, this Laundromat has a space for children to play while their moms or dads are doing laundry. There are enough toys that maybe donated by town folks, magazines to read, leaflets and brochures to get yourself informed about so many different things that you might wanna know about.

Incredible customer service! Clothes were stuck in the laundromat a few minutes after hours so the door locked and they were so kind enough to let my partner get them! Thank you so so much!

I would have given this place 5stars because of its cleanliness and spaciousness BUT the dryers are expensive ($1=18 mins) and don’t dry well. It takes lots of money to dry. Also there is no bathroom to either wash hands or go to toilet.

We are traveling campers. We like to pick out a local laundry with the larger machines. And good reviews. We went there a used a six load machine for $7 and it did a good job. Then we moved over to the larger dryer and it was finished in about 40 Minutes. Very happy getting our laundry finished until the next round.
