“I brought my bicycle to the shop after breaking a damper shaft on a float DPS while riding Kingdom. I wasn't sure at the time if I had blown an air seal (which they are able to replace) or the damper (which requires send-away service) and their service guys quickly informed me that the air seal is fine and that I needed more extensive service. They recommended me someone local (Green Mtn Pro Tune) who ended up being fantastic. I really appreciate the honesty and helpfulness even when they knew that my problems couldn't be solved by their shop at that timeframe.Additionally was able to secure a rental bike on short notice to keep riding for the weekend.
