The lady that was running the cashier was very rude.Her name was amanda to let you all know . She has no sense of humor . Terrible at customer service. This location has lost my business for life!! Family dollar would never treat somebody like this. I've never been disrespected by family dollar cashiers.

Stopped in today and waited 10 minutes and no clerk at the checkout and couldn’t see any employees around. Very unusual for this store as they have always been real good. I left without seeing anyone and hope everything is ok there

Waited 20 minutes in line, did not see any employees. Customers were yelling and looking around the store for any help. Finally after about 30 minutes an employee appeared out of the back.
The store itself was filthy, the self check out is very slow, half of the barcodes on items won't scan on it, you will have to wait for an employee to enter the number for you (good luck with getting an employee to help you in the first place) Many items I would have purchased were expired or 2 days from expiration.
The staff were rude and unhelpful with any questions I had about products, and once again took 30 minutes to come out from the back after a dozen customers yelling for assistance, walking around the store and even calling the store phone.

Was told management won't allow customers to use the restrooms. Really needed to go while there but couldn't. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me. I'll start taking my business elsewhere.

Sold me a defective, half full propane tank. I feel foolish for not noticing the weight was off. The valve feels loose when I turn it and it all together lost pressure at one point as if it were clogged or something. I hooked up another tank and all of my equipment then worked fine. I have no receipt as I got it weeks ago, so... hopefully someone reaches out to make this right.

Horrible customer service. The new Manager is rude to employees as well as customers. All employees take their smoke break at the same time. The store itself is always in shambles. This location needs a makeover desperately. starting with management. Desperately seeking service ~

We were extremely disappointed and frustrated as we had decided to go to the Dollar General for its convenient hours.The lack of communication and inconsistency between the online store hours and the actual operating hours was highly unprofessional. It wasted our time and left us without the necessary items we needed for the night.Furthermore, the absence of any explanation or sign on the door only added to our frustration. It would have been courteous and considerate for Dollar General to at least provide a reason for the early closure, whether it was due to unforeseen circumstances or a mistake in updating the store hours.Overall, this experience left a negative impression of Dollar General. We expected better customer service and reliability from a well-known chain like this. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of professionalism and communication. We hope that Dollar General takes this feedback into consideration and improves their operations to avoid inconveniencing future customers.
