I needed a haircut, out of shape, sheer sensations gave me a girl right of school and had been cutting hair 3 weeks, didn't know how to undercut or use thinning sizzers and wwas upset because I didn't was lenth cut very much, terrible haircut

Ugh, I have been sitting on the idea of leaving a review for so long now - reviews, especially negative ones, are not something I like to share publicly but I just feel compelled to share. I think it’s important for everyone to know what they’re walking in to. I got my hair dyed by Jess at the end of July, I showed her pictures of highlighted, warm sun kissed hair and what I received couldn’t have been further from that.
I was at the salon for 6 hours - my hair in foils for almost 4 hours - and my hair was bleached all over beyond repair. She toned it silver, ashy gray aging me 20 years to add insult to injury. I was pretty devastated. 5 months later and my hair is breaking all over and the hair I once loved is ruined. It is frayed, dry and there is so much breakage. I deeply regret even getting it colored in the first place. I have dumped a lot of money into repairing it but it’s so far gone. It’s so upsetting, still. And it’s sad that I spent $280.
Jess was incredibly nice and understanding and the owner asked me to come in a fix it free of charge (barely made a dent in the damage)
I would highly recommend not going to this salon for color.

I went to the salon back in February and left with my nails uneven, and looking horrible. My birthday was last month and my boyfriend got me a gift card to there because he forgot about the experience that I had. I decided today to give them another chance and it was the same woman who did my nails. I got acrylic because last time I got gel so I figured maybe that was the issue. It wasn’t. She did give me $15 off but now that I am home I’m looking at my nails and I’m really unhappy. I don’t do this, I don’t leave bad reviews and I don’t like complaining, which is why I didn’t fight. But, they look like crap! Amy did my nails both times, and honestly, she’s so nice…but just not good at nails unfortunately. I now have to go get them fixed at a different salon. I’ll post pics, the first one will be what I wanted (tapered square pink French with gold line), and the second and third ones are what she did (coffin with uneven acrylic, and looks nothing like what I wanted) I know it’s my fault for not being vocal on my thoughts, I’m just not that kind of person.
She did my toes and those came out good, though. Just not good at acrylic and gel extensions I guess. $90 lost ?
UPDATE! exactly 4 days later they all popped off like freaking press ons! I looked down and realize that I don’t have a nail on one finger, I was pissed. There was no pulling on my real nail or anything. So I checked the other nails and they all peeled off so easily. I’ve never had this happen before. I will be calling to speak to the manager, because now I’m pissed. My boyfriend got me a $100 gift card for my birthday and all that money is gone on what? A lame pedicure and an eyebrow wax? Not okay!

unhappy, bad service. the vibe is pretty average, just an average hair salon. I got my hair cut there back when I had long hair. They cut it way shorter than I wanted, it was an awful experience. I have glasses and can't see well without them, and I was just hoping that it was my eyes playing tricks on me. no, at the end I looked like the little lad meme. it was chin length, not what I asked for at all. I was very upset, it took forever for my hair to grow back to a decent looking cut. never going back.

I came in recently with my mom and sister for mani/pedis before my wedding. All the stylists were super warm and friendly and made it such a fun, relaxing environment. Unfortunately I wasn't happy with how the first manicure color I chose turned out, but they were extremely understanding and went above and beyond to make sure I felt good about the final result. Lori is especially a gem — she immediately made space in her schedule to do a gorgeous French manicure that was perfect. I so appreciated it and would definitely visit again!

Notwithstanding the bad result, the experience was frankly awful - this is the first haircut in my *life* where I could feel my hair being ripped out by the comb and getting tugged with every scissor snip. The stylist was friendly and personable but she did a bad job, and there is no nice way of putting it. For the low price of $20 you can learn firsthand to not get your hair cut here ever again.

Ally dudley is my go-to girl! She kills it every time! Color and cut are always on point! She saved my hair after it got completely fried and had a very uneven cut. Ask for Ally!
