We finally bought our dream property. There were some issues with the sale itself but the mortgage process was incredibly smooth. Melyssa Whitcomb was our loan officer and she was fantastic to work with. Melyssa was on top of every aspect of our lending and extremely responsive. We were so impressed with how Melyssa handled everything that we've decided to transition to using Union Bank as our primary bank.
