For over 2 years, until recently, I rented a storage unit from A Safe Place. The facility was consistently well-maintained and secure. As promised, my unit was completely water-tight. The manager/owner was easy to access and responsive to any questions or requests I had. I had a great experience at A Safe Place.

I used Andy for a Uhaul rental of a small tow behind trailer. He did a fantastic job helping me to secure the trailer when Uhaul was not being responsive. He made sure that I did not have to drive across the state to get the trailer which is what Uhaul was intending for me to do. I have to say Andy really does care about his customers. He could have easily blamed Uhaul but chose to take matters into his own hands on my behalf. He will always be my "go to" person for storage and rentals an I will continue to recommend him to my friends and family.

Unparalleled customer service, selection and price! Place your order at uhaul.com and schedule your time of pickup and he does all the rest. He will contact you give you directions and tell you exactly what to do when you get there. This place is fabulous. If he doesn't have what you need he will actually drive to go get it! No other U-Haul services will provide this. Andy is one of a kind.

Andy is just amazing. I would have never imagined renting a UHaul would be such a stress and hassle free experience. Customer service may be dying but it is still very alive and well here!

Andy runs an efficient and well organized place. The storage units are clean and the locking mechanism works well. I would definitely recommend A Safe Place, Manchester VT for your storage needs.
